I am pleased to inform you that within the framework of the dynamic development of the activities of ZLÍN ROBOTICS s.r.o., increasing the efficiency and capacity of our services, the merger of ZLÍN ROBOTICS s.r.o. will take place on 1 October 2024, with its registered office at K Teplinám 619, 763 15 Slušovice, ID No. 065 94 727, as the dissolving company with TNS SERVIS s.r.o., with its registered office at K Teplinám 619, 763 15 Slušovice, ID No. 291 81241, VAT No. CZ29181241, as the successor company. The conversion project is announced and deposited in the collection of deeds of both companies.
The services and supplies provided by ZLÍN ROBOTICS s.r.o. to date will continue to be provided by TNS SERVIS s.r.o. in the new division and further developed and communicated under the registered brand ZLÍN ROBOTICS®.
As a result of the merger, the company ZLÍN ROBOTICS s.r.o. will be dissolved and all its assets, including rights and obligations from supplier-customer relations, will be transferred to the successor company TNS SERVIS s.r.o. In this context, we would like to point out that all documents in which the terminating company ZLÍN ROBOTICS s.r.o. is mentioned as a contracting party may remain in force without any changes or limitations and it is therefore not necessary to conclude new contracts with the successor company or to take any other legal actions in this context. With reference to the above, we would like to ask you to take note of this fact and to ensure that appropriate changes are made in the billing and correspondence system of your company regarding the identification data of the successor company in order to exclude any possible complications in mutual communication, with effect from 1 October 2024.
In the case of issuing tax documents from your side for DUZP from 1.10.2024, we ask you to issue them only to the successor company TNS SERVIS s.r.o. and send the invoices electronically to the following e-mail address: This email address is being protected from spambots.
